Nathaniel Hutagaol, SH, MH also explained, “We are sending a summons as an effort to restore our client’s rights and we are also continuing to open mediation efforts to find a solution to this problem. Because we also really regret that a company as big as Sentratama can do things like this. detrimental to the victim. However, if our summons is not heeded, we will not hesitate to take action and proceed with any legal action to restore our client’s rights.”
